With the introduction of two new exams for admission in IITs, NITs and other Engineering Colleges from the year of 2014, the importance of State or CBSE Board Marks have also increased. Now the students need not only perform better at the engineering entrance exam, but also score their best in the state board exams.
Rajasthan govt has decided to announce the RBSE Science 12thTop 20 Percentile Merit List 2014 within one week from last date of examination result, just because of new rule of JEE Advanced.

As we know above than 1.5 Lakh Students had given RBSE Class 12th Science Board Examination and wanted to appear in JEE Main Entrance Examination 2014.
RBSE Top 20 Percentile Science Merit List 2014 For JEE Mains Will Be Announced Shortly.
For JEE Main 2014, the Board Exams will be considered while generating the RBSE 12th Science Top 20 Percentile Final Merit List 2014 For JEE Mains and 40% weightage will be given to them.
For admission in IITs, though, the students have to be in top 20 percentile window of their respective boards; i.e. the top 1.5 lakh rankers of JEE Main 2014 will be allowed to sit for JEE Advanced Exams 2014 subject to the condition that they also lie in the top 20 percentile window of their RBSE board.

Rajasthan Govt is trying to announce the Rajasthan Board Class 12th Science Top 20 Percentile Merit List 2014 within one or two week from last date of board result i.e May 2014 but if they couldn't declare the Rajasthan Board Top 20 Percentile Merit List 2014 on May, 2014 then Rajasthan Board will definitely declared the RBSE Class 12th Science Top 20 Percentile Merit List 2014 in last week of May, 2014.
Though these conditions have increased the tension in the student’s creative mind world, if analyzed thoroughly there won’t be much impact of this decision about it.

If we go as per the RBSE data, to be in top 20 percentile window, the percentage score must be within 94.17 to 62.17 the lowest of which is not much far from the earlier 60% percentage requirement.
So, students!! Don’t worry about the RBSE board marks criteria as the difference is not so great that it can’t be met. And even now the importance of the competitive exams is more than what you score at RBSE boards.
